In home group on Saturday, Ryan talked a little bit about our lives reflecting Jesus to others. That reminded me of this poem I wrote several years ago, and I thought I'd share it with you. :)
Mirror
Fall 2002
A mirror. Reflections on the glass.
Images portraying reality.
But what is real? And what will last?
Certainly not that which fades.
No, that which fades
Gives way to that which will endure,
That which is solid, steadfast, sure.
When my turn comes in front of this mirror,
What is seen by my silhouette?
Do I reflect the earthly,
Or do others see Jesus in me?
Is God recognized by what I do and who I am?
Does my face shine with His glory
So bright there’s no mistake that I’ve seen Jesus?
Do I stand conformed to everything I see in Him,
With nothing present of my own, myself totally emptied?
A mirror. Reflections on the glass.
Images portraying reality.
Whose image am I reflecting?

Are you talking about Mr. Bobbin? If so, then you're having home group at our old house aren't you! Awesome!
Well, it's hosted at the Bambergs. But yes, it was Ryan. :)
I see... Well, both places are fun! ;-) How's little miss Zoe and her Momma doing?
