Another Dinner Hit :)

Tonight I made another dish that David really liked, so I'll pass it on to you.

Wok Beef with Veggies
Servings: 3
Prep Time: 30 minutes

3 1-oz flank steak, thawed, sliced diagonally
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
2 Tbsp sour cream

After steak is cut, put butter into wok and melt. Put steak in to cook, and when almost done, add beef bouillon cubes and garlic. Cook thoroughly. Put steak aside into bowl, leaving juice in wok. Put frozen peas and carrots into juice, and cook until bubbling. Once they are done, add steak back in, and put sour cream in. Mix well, cook until ready to eat.

This recipe has about 50 carbs. Each serving has 16 carbs. You can lessen the carbs by substituting other vegetables with less carbs per serving.
