David's Honda update

An update on David's Honda - it was found last week! All four tires and wheels were gone, the seat covers were removed, and the radio plate, speakers, and cold air intake were missing. The car was then abandoned on a street near the foothills, and promptly found and towed down to the South Valley, where David was able to replace the tires and fix some wires to get it started to move it out of the tow yard. Praise the Lord we had those extra four tires in our garage! :) We are very grateful to have it back. :)

Almost Four Weeks Old

Hi everyone! I'm almost one month old! My mommy took some pictures today and wants to post them for you to see. I am so cute, aren't I?! :) We'll keep you posted on my growth and keep posting pictures as I get bigger.

A Nice Weekend

Here's a couple more pictures of our little Zoe. She is growing bigger every day - the time is going to fly by so fast! I'm so grateful for cameras! :)

We had a good weekend resting and enjoying each other's company. We went to David's cousin's graduation party on Saturday afternoon, and another friend's house on Saturday night for a barbeque (beautiful evening weatherwise!!). On Sunday, we were headed out to church and noticed that David's '92 Honda was not parked where it normally is - and quickly came to the realization that it had been stolen! Since the title is in his dad's name, his dad will be able to call today and report it stolen, and Lord willing, they can start searching for it.

Last night, we went to our church's bi-monthly missions meeting, and listened to updates from two different missions trips - one couple who went to Africa, and the yearly missions trip to Agua Prieta, Mexico. It is really neat to hear what God is doing around the world!

This morning, I have two friends coming for a quick visit - so I'd better sign out for now and finish getting ready. Enjoy the new pictures of Zoe. :)

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all mothers! Mom, thank you for the godly example you have set before all of your children, and for your faithfulness to point us to God. You are indeed blessed! I love you!

Zoe is doing really well today... sleeping most peacefully after a nice breakfast at IHOP with David's mom. :) She is getting bigger every day... I know time is going to fly by, so we are enjoying every minute with her. We took some more pictures this weekend, and I thought I'd post two of them... one of Zoe, and one of her with Daddy.

One Week Later...

Zoe is a week old today! She weighs 6lbs 8.5ozs, and is doing very well! We've had a wonderful first week with her - she is absolutely adorable and charming. She makes lots of cute little faces and lots of baby noises. :)

I will write more about her later, but I thought I'd post a picture for the weekend... our adorable little Zoe.
